Service Work Order Contracting

Once NDL Group, Inc. has an established repeat working relationship with a client, a common open work order type of contracting we offer is based on the service work order. Our larger corporate clients find it convenient to establish a yearly or quarterly budget for their estimated small project and/or repair expenses. The property or facilities manager then gets corporate approval for their entire budget amount, allowing them to award individual small projects to NDL Group, Inc. without going through a time-consuming approval process. This project type is also preferred by companies dealing with loss prevention claims because it allows for quick dispatch and repair time.
